Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take? We offer UK Standard shipping (7-10 business days) and International shipping (10-15 business days). Orders ship from our London fulfillment center. You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping? We currently charge a flat rate for UK orders. International shipping costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I expedite my order? At this time, we only offer standard shipping. We recommend ordering as early as possible for events.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy? We offer a 14-day easy returns window from the date of delivery. If the dress doesn't fit or you've changed your mind, we'll arrange a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
How do I start a return? Email ambrelledresses@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed.
Are there any conditions on returns? Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage.
Can I exchange for a different size? Yes. Simply return your original item and place a new order for the correct size. Your refund will be issued once we receive your return.

How do I know what size to order? Check our detailed size chart on each product page. All measurements are in centimetres. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
What if my dress doesn't fit? Our 14-day returns policy covers fit issues. If it's not right, return it for a full refund or exchange for another size.
Do your dresses run true to size? Our dresses are designed to fit closely. The size chart reflects actual garment measurements. If you prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up.

What are your dresses made from? Our dresses are crafted from premium fabric blends, typically polyester, cotton, and elastane. Each product page lists specific materials.
How should I care for my dress? Hand wash or gentle machine cycle in cold water. Lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. The fabric will maintain its shape and color best with minimal heat.
Is the fabric see-through? Most of our dresses are lined or opaque. Product descriptions note any sheer details. If you have concerns, email us before ordering.
